Purpose/Desired Learning Outcome
The purpose of the SIR Business Institute is to equip interventional radiologists (IRs) and practice administrators with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in business and practice management. This educational activity is designed to address gaps in formal training related to the business of interventional radiology, offering in-depth instruction on key topics such as social media marketing, recruitment strategies, and independent practice models.
