Renovascular disease
The renovascular disease course will introduce the pathophysiology, diagnostic considerations and the potential treatment considerations for the most important renal vascular disorders including renal artery stenosis related to atherosclerosis and fibromuscular dysplasia, renal artery aneurysms and renal venous hypertension.

Learning Objectives
- Describe the pathophysiology, clinical significance and diagnosis of renovascular hypertension.
- Compare and contrast atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis and renal fibromuscular dysplasia with regards to patient population, symptoms, clinical significance and treatments.
- Discuss the diagnostic criteria and clinical management of renal artery aneurysms and pseudoaneurysms.
- Describe anatomic factors contributing to nutcracker syndrome/renal venous hypertension and related surgical and endovascular therapies.
